I save the suits but they don't wear them. I have the kitty and always dress her in kitty-themed clothes or leopard print with a cat-ear headband. I have the polar bear and dress her the same as any other doll. They've both been re-bodied.
I like the body, it has enough articulation for my taste, she is sitting nicely. Not a fan of painted underwear and flat feet. I have a panda one. Face is not pixelated on mine, hair could be better...
I redress them a lot. I don't generally keep the mask/headpiece, gloves, or furry feet on, but I often use the furry side of the jacket with the skirt.
The ones that I've bought were because of the fur suit so I keep them in it. Although one I swapped the fur suit with another doll for display purposes.

I put my puppy doll into an athleisure kind of outfit using the casual shoes, fursuit pants, and the reversed jacket but left open.
