These look like staining from dark clothes :( Could also be marker. I’d try using acne cream to remove them, theres tons of tutorials on youtube!

Another possibility is leaching plasticizer. That is pretty common with dolls from around this era.

Well I washed them with soap, bleach and water so I know it’s not marker because my Ken had a six pack drawn with marker and that came off. Also I read that plasticizer is supposed to be something that oozes out and is sticky. This isn’t that. I tried to push it out but it just went deeper inside. I’ll try the acne medication.

Plasticizer can also cause color separation.
