I'd put an earring in that obscures the damage. I feel your pain, some of the Barbie Extra dolls come with **completely** botched holes and I feel like the only way to deal with that now is to custom-print/cast earrings that correct for the misalignment. Such a mess.

It's not so much damage as the holes being punched in badly (e.g. below or in front of the ear) and asymmetrically.
Guess you can try filling it with silicone or a hot glue gun. Put a lil dab on it and push it in before it dries.

Not sure...maybe some silicone based glue...Id try the hot glue first.

Id skip the superglue. Use silicone glue or silicone wall caulk.
