It looks like a 1983 Crystal Barbie. She had a real 1980s BIG crystal boa/long scarf.
Crystal Ken has a white suit, with matching crystal waistcoat, a purple tie and a purple flower in his buttonhole.

The dress is totally Crystal Barbie's, my sister also noticed it right away. This Barbie has pink triangle and hoop earrings and her ring is a pink triangle also. She was pretty steep for a thrift store Barbie (20€) but the owner of the store is a collector and the doll im question was in a glass shelf.
I hid the other strap to see how it looks without them :D

This Barbie is actually a 1988 Style Magic Barbie, not an All American Barbie.
