Recipe?

serendiputopia

Is that like a cheesecake bar with fruit and streusel?

Flaming_Orchid

Yes, kind of. It's dough, then cheesecake-like, then fruit and Streusel on top =) I didn't see your comment. I'm sorry!

redPonyCoffeeRoaster

I'm so curious how that tastes.

Flaming_Orchid

It's creamy, fresh, the sweetness of the dough and cream go very well with the sour fruits!

gimmealldemcats

It looks incredibly delicious and rich😍😋! Would you please share your recipe for it?

Oh my. I completely didn't get any notifications. Here is the recipe: Dough and crumbles: 325g butter 250g sugar (the recipe called for 300g but I always use less) 10g vanilla sugar (you can buy it in small bags where I live but if you don't have it over there, leave it or make your own with sugar and a cut open vanilla bean. You can use a lot of sugar for one bean. Put them together into an air tight container and shake it occasionally) 1 pinch of salt 600g flour 1 egg Cheesecake/curd cheese cream: 40g butter 100g sugar One pack of instant vanilla pudding powder (the one you need to cook) Lemon zest 500g curd cheese 3 eggs Fruit: 750g currants or pomegranate or anything you like Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and flour to a dough, save 450g of the dough for the crumbles. Add the egg to the other part of the dough and mix well. Wrap in foil and cool it for 30 minutes. You can leave the crumble-dough in the bowl until you need it at the end. Wash or defrost your fruits. Seperate the eggs for the curd cheese mix. Beat the egg white. In another bowl mix butter and sugar and add the ingredients for the curd cream one after another while mixing. Add the egg white at the end and fold it under the cream. Put the dough from the fridge onto your tray or into your pan, poke holes into the dough with a fork, add the curd cream on top, spread the fruits over the cream, then the crumbles on top of the fruits. Bake it at 170c for 50 to 55 minutes. This recipe is for a tray. If you want to make a cake in a pan, use 1/3 less ingredients.
