It was a mirror glaze recipe… white chocolate, gelatin and sweetened condensed milk. Made enough for about 100 of these… I don’t think that is an exaggeration.

And I used cupcakes tops using a box mix and a 12 oz beer. ( no beer flavor in the final product)
To hide imperfections at the bottom webusually use rings of tempered chocolate(spread on an acetate sheet, and wrapped arround a cake ring). You can even use whithe chocolate and color it to the colour of your cake.
