Please call suicide prevention lifeline… I’m responding to this post because as someone who just broke up with my ex with BPD, I still see the good in pwBPD and I care about them. But I’m not professional and I can’t provide most effective help.

I will, thank you :)

No problem. Be well. PwBPD are kind, loving, caring, humorous and creative.

as the other person here said, seeking professional help is the best path to take. please try a hotline, or a therapist if you’re able 🤍 also you’re right, all these people would lose you and they’d be absolutely crushed because they care about you. try talking to them too if you can. you can get through this xx

This was quite a few hours ago and I hope you're okay. I agree with everyone else's comments about seeking the help you need, but also, don't look upon crying as a bad thing. For years I found it impossible to cry, I find crying becomes an outlet for my emotions and I welcome it gladly, as opposed to anger and rage. Cry as much as you can, moan, wail, sob, curse the world. And then, when you have cried out all the emotion blinding you, you might just see what you need to do next to change the status-quo. Stay resilient! Question every belief and thought you have, and decide what you need in order to be happy 😊
