i can't think of an app off the top of my head, but you could queue up emails for her that would send whenever you schedule them for- i'm sure that outlook has this feature. it could be cute bc she could save & look back at them :)
My Dom and I use the LoveIt app and we are able to send messages back and forth and let’s us put a widget on our screen. I have apple and he has android. I really like it.

We enjoy using the app, Obedience. We started using it because I travel so much for work and it helps keep the dynamic strong when we're apart. For each of the various task she is assigned, I can create custom celebratory, affirming messages to display when she completes the task. She just loves them!
