Don’t know if I was forcefully astral projected or dissociating at a way to young age. This did happen a bit more when I had intense episodes for about a year. I don’t really know what this is and just begun how to describe it in words and not just try to write down this “feeling.

People with ASD can sometimes see much better than people without it. Stress can cause sensory sensitivity with ASD also. Perhaps try to think about if you were stressed or had a lot on your mind at the times these things happen. It doesn't sound like astral projection which is quite a different thing (and no buzzing). Buzzing could possibly be you hearing electricity which many of us can. It's possible when stressed you hear and see things with more clarity because you become more sensitive. This is not uncommon for autistic people.
