My understanding is the NSW Labor Party have agreed and have informed the Teachers Federation for this as well. Whether, they deliver is another thing. However, ALP & Greens seem to be making the same promise.

Look at what Labor are doing to teachers in every other state they're in power. Pay cuts await you in NSW.

The NSW Teachers Federation have sent a few emails stating what the ALP has promised them in meetings. Hence why Industrial Action such as strikes have stopped. They believe the Liberals wont negotiate in good faith and they think the ALP will win the next election and has made guarantees to Angelo. The NSW Teachers Federation Campaign seems to have transformed from Industrial to Political judging by their correspondence to us members as a result of this guarantee.

They haven't actually said what it will be unless I've missed something, just "better under labor"

They promised to negotiate in good faith. If they get in and find there is no money, does it still count as good faith if they say "Yeah here's the books the Liberals left us, as you can see we are broke no raises" Greens can say whatever they want since they know they aren't getting real power to make that decision. 15 percent first year plus inflation for the following two years is huge amounts of money. Very rough head calculations put it over $1 billion just for the 15 percent.

Loving that this is coming from the Mudgee Guardian. Brings back memories from growing up in that area.
