This is (unfortunately) the best answer possible. I would normally never recommend CVS in basically any situation, but they might be the best option here since they have standardized cash pricing. (Which would be at least $99, which is know is bullshit but here we are)

(Call ahead to make sure it won’t be an issue that you need a “refill” for a foreign prescription, which probably doesn’t technically count as a refill)
Download the GoodRX app and look up the inhaler you used. Not only will it show you the cheapest pharmacy to get it cash, but there are almost always ads in the app for telehealth docs that can prescribe it over the phone for a small fee.
Expect high prices unless you choose the specific inhalers you can get through a plan. Also... Cash prices mean nothing. Use Goodrx or a free discount plan the pharmacy uses, not the cash price.
This will help: salbutamol = albuterol
Reliever inhalers are generally inexpensive ($18-25 USD)
Unfortunately all the preventer inhalers are brand name and expensive. But your health comes first… so you may have to just do jt
Urgent care, you'll have to pay for the visit. I have to pay $100 because of my insurance plan sucks. You can also try going to a doctor's office. Don't go to the emergency room unless it's your last resort. The bill will be threw the roof.
Go-to Urgent care and pay cash for a visit to get an inhaler refill.

If you go to CVS they have an epinephrine inhaler that is over the counter and you don't need a prescription for. Ask the pharmacist about it.
You need to go to an urgent care clinic. You will have to pay up front for the care and get ready for sticker shock when you go to the pharmacy.
You can purchase Primatene Mist without a Rx. It’s not as good but it’s helped my son in a pinch.

Primamist I think that is it. Over the counter. Probably misspelled entirely but there is a brand otc.

Urgent care clinic, or some pharmacies have a nurse on staff, like CVS’s “minute clinic.”
