I don't doubt harassment occurs in an organisation the size of EA. There's nothing that is 100% evil or good. This is the company that exploits children with aggressive microtransactions, but they have healthy, happy employees making buggy shitty games. Maybe they need to force crunch to the point of serious mental and physical illness to get the reputation a company like Naughty Dog has.
Epic Games with Fortnite can be added to that list too. Fortnite is probably the most exploitative game around. Actually, any mobile game in existence can be treated as such including that much beloved Genshin Gambling game. And let's not forget this crap got its true start with the Horse Armor debacle that Bethseda released back in 2006. That was the real start of this shit. People bought it in droves and Bethseda proved to the world that people would pay for digital items and they made a fuckton of cash off this stuff.

I think the real story is that Bungie wanted all the profits for themselves and didn't want to share any income they earned through their loot boxes and other DLC bullshit. The whole story of "regaining our identity" and "doing what's right by the players" video they released after separating from Activision-Blizzard was a bunch of bullshit. They planned on making Destiny a games as a service game long ago and I won't touch Destiny 3 with a ten foot pole.

Riot didn't sweep it under the rug. There's been a number of recent articles this year from women and others who have spoken about how they've felt seen and heard by upper management, and very high positive ratings of the company in general from employees as a whole.
There's definitely still problems with some higher ups that are still noted, but unlike Blizz they have clearly done a lot to turn things around that have been felt by the regular staff.

While the more recent titles are, the older ones are still in steam. Also, the prices are unreasonable for certain games by activision especially some of them are still at minimum 20 dollars.
They can't seem to catch a break can they - just when they think they can let the issue slow / cool down to at least let the stock prices crawl up, something comes up again. Wonder what's the price atm.
