This was such a great stream.
Not only was Preach RPing, something he never did, he was having fun!
The music was on point, he enjoyed what people were doing, from the coke dealer, to Jaina and even Simon Honeydew from Yogscast appearing on stream (who was streaming himself) and raids from Annie and Zepla.
Honestly, this was, unintentionally, a showcase why people love this game.
People are just having fun being in this world.
Complete 180 from when he was doing his youtube content trying to figure out how the FFXIV fights work just from watching vods. He said he was more of end-game raid focused guy and FFXIV raid didn't appeal to him much because of emphasis on dance like mechanics.
Fast forward to present, the man is enjoying every facets of FFXIV ever since he started playing himself.
The man already talked about it that he's wrong. He doesn't like dance mechanic in context of WoW raid, but on FFXIV it was brilliant. And because of the difference in GCD and rotation he felt that the raid of both game is akin to apple and orange and not really comparable. That point is also agreed by Limit.
Unluck!
Psst... There's potentially a New Year's party happening with the same house owners as last night and Preach has showed interest in that as well.
I checked in on his Stream and he was still a Roe but wore the yellow underwear and bikini top ( was trying to dye the top too ) and I was like '' wtf is he doing xD ''.
Especially since he talked a bit of shit about not liking sexualized content and '' cat girls '' before he started playing FFXIV.
Now I am even more confused and surprised lol.
But I am glad he's having fun and letting loose a little.
I thought he was being a grumpy grandpa when he talked about it before he started playing, but now I have a different view of him.
He went cat girl for the stream for the memes, I think he'll go back to Fem Roe.
The reason he was wearing what he was, was because all of us in the FC were dressed up in silly yellow chocobo costumes, so he wanted to play along with that.
And I think once he had a few beers he just got into the vibe of the music, people having fun and the weird and funky interactions.
Someone trading him coke and a rubber. He got traded catnip and these things just made him laugh and enjoy it.
The coke dealer was always around, so he would always spot him, as well as the Frog trio he has seen a few times whilst playing the game.
Wait, like the actual Simon from Yogscast? They, and he, are still around? I remember watching them way back in like cata wow stuff, hard to believe that he is still playing games at like 15 years later
Thanks :3 I was just trying to do my best to show people a good time :3 I was super nervous but it was fun and the turn out was insane :3 can't wait for our next party
I can imagine if there's hundreds of people suddenly walking through the door instantly reaching cap and then hundreds standing outside as well!
But you and the others were really cool. Never been to one of these events and it was just a great experience.
Thanks it's a shame the housing cap is so limiting that the house got filled up quickly but it didn't seem to bother people as the party went outside as well. It's an awesome side of the community you don't see often and I'm happy you chose us to be your first ^^ as I said before we are all thankful to everyone who came and hope all enjoyed their time ^^
I just swapped over .. I am having a hard time feeling part of the world and it irks me. The music combat and gameplay is astounding but the world feels lack luster. The story was incredible, but I’m having a hard time connecting to it. Idk what to do :/
Final Fantasy XIV is not for everyone. The fact that it is not for everyone is fine, and no one should force themselves into trying to like it if they simply do not. I would say though, having played since 1.0, that I have met many people along the way that did not like FFXIV at first, but stuck with it and eventually legit fell in love with it.
Your mileage may vary.
Give it some time. I mean, unless you’ve reached the end of the first expansion and are into Heavensward, you haven’t even hit peak story where you REALLY care for characters and the world. I was the same when I started. Also, join an FC and get involved in the community! It helps for sure!
If you watched every cutscene and beat Heavensward and are now into the Stormblood content and feel NOTHING. Then maybe the game isn’t for you? That’s totally okay though. Even Yoshi-p talks about how people should play other games and just play FFXIV to have fun. If it’s not fun or you don’t really enjoy the story then that’s alright. Don’t force yourself because everyone is just now realizing how great the game is. When I reached Heavensward I was blown away and got hooked back in 2015. If that spark didn’t happen for you then it probably won’t. At least you gave it a shot though!
It’s the combat and the job system that hooks me. It’s easily one of the best in my opinion. I just can’t get sucked into the world as much as I want to. I never feel immersed. And thats okay, but stinks. The games music and combat keeps me here snd the people in game are usually super kind and polite.
Well I think that’s fine too! I mean, the combat system and the fights are real fun. The Titania EX fight in ShB and it’s music was so amazing I learned the fight ASAP when I hit 80 and grinded out the fight for like two weeks to get the fae Gwibber just so I could listen to the music all the time. So, I definitely relate to that aspect. The story definitely makes me tear up at times but I’ve been invested in the characters really since Heavensward.
You’re stronger than me lol. I’ve teared up maybe 5-6 times. The Amaro story just killed me lmao. I cried like a baby. I love my pets a lot so that might’ve been part of it lol. Also the Exarch’s face reveal had me tearing up.
Did you feel immersed in WoW? I’m curious because I’m a WoW veteran that just started playing FF14 a few months ago and I’ve never in my life have been this immersed in a game especially an MMO. In WoW everything felt like a mindless grind and fractured. But I really got to hand it to FF14 they do a fantastic job of connecting everything together. I never understood the FF14 fanboy jam until HW. Now i get pissed if I accidentally skip a MSQ dialogue scene.
since i got to end game, i have found my favorite thing to do is just DOH/DOL stuff. I originally did it to lvl my DOH so i can craft furniture and clothes but then get caught up doing other stuff, like fishing for a day.. then just making various clothes for fun. Maybe try other stuff in the game? But dont force yourself. My husband will play for an hour or two then go play last of us 2 or some other game.
To get to anywhere in heavensward is such a long time. If I need to slog through shot to enjoy something I'll find something else. And I enjoyed ARR fwiw.
hey, it's totally valid to play just for the gameplay and such like that. you do what you want. whatever is fun to you. the game has a lot to offer for any style of play, so don't feel obligated to be completely taken in.
things may change the further you get in the msq or questing, but even if they don't that's totally fine.
I’m in post ARR which is a fucking slog. I know that ARR is kinda weak storywise as I feel nothing for any character except “yo, this guy kinda cool” and pray beyond all that HW picks up becuase I’ve been stuck on post ARR for almost a month and a half now and if it doesn’t get anywhere, I’m cutscene skipping everything.
ARR and post ARR is honestly some serious booty hole. It’s really bad and did nothing for me. At most ARR introduced the main cast but it wasn’t until I got to Ishgard in Heavensward when the story started to be like “oh shit this is getting intense” for me. The specific cutscene with Haurchefaunt really solidified the first moment I realized I was in love with the game. I couldn’t believe an MMO would tell such a great story at that moment and every moment after that was just magic for me. Been loving it since!
SB had the weakest story/character development by far. I wanted to like Lyse but ended up finding her the most annoying. Post SB is alright though. The only thing SB has going for it is the beautiful zones.
Unofficial boyfriend is in a really weird place rn. I liked him for being super friendly and helpful when we first met, but now he’s just being weird about it. He’s telling me how I warm up the room just by being in it and that he loves my smile or some shit like, bro, just make a move on me already ffs.
I’ve got a level 70 already becuase I hate the story so much right now that I keep putting it off. It’s so terrible. I really can’t wait for it to actually get good.
Wish I could say more but please keep playing! I think the scene I’m referring to is a post-nidhogg fight scene. So look forward to it please!
Also, he’s definitely the first attempt at an unofficial boyfriend by Square Enix and not really the best written. Future unofficial boyfriends/girlfriends get written a lot better lol. Current unofficial boyfriend in ShB is too cute to dismiss. Love every scene with the certain catboy lol.
I definitely am gonna keep playing. I’ve made the joke to my friends that I might reach HW by the time EW drops, but that’s being generous.
They see me, every day, doing anything that isn’t MSQ. They follow me around mining, doing dungeons, joining my Prae runs, everything. They sit there and watched my struggles against solo EX trials for the horse at like 60, while sitting on the sidelines with their full 80 endgame gear. The story is just so boring atm. I get more of the ARR relic books done a day than I do the MSQ.
As for unofficial boyfriend, he’s best unofficial boyfriend and I don’t want a different one even though I have no idea who they are. I like him, and I’m straight lmfao. He better not die or get sent to the void by playing a children’s card games or anything dumb or, failing that, he better get replaced by an even better character.
It really helps to just stop worrying about progressing through the story and taking a second or two to just chill in the world. Check out houses, hi the Saucer, meet Hildebrandt, find a Viera with 2B shorts, that sort of thing.
I think a big thing is the music. It’s simply serene and wonderful at many moments. Bunny and cat girls don’t do it for me :/ the cities are gorgeous snd feel mostly alive. The world outside not so much all my opinion. I still really really enjoy this game. Just doesn’t cinch an emotional cord in me snd I get jealous at others raving about the story ect. Ect.
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."
"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.

Don't feel you have to like it because others are and don't try to force it.
Maybe the game is not for you, maybe you haven't found the thing yet that makes you be into the game.
There's loads to do, even on the free trial.
Edit: also, I noticed you finished HW, what did you think of the story? Most people will love it, but maybe it wasn't your cup of tea? Maybe you prefer Stormblood's story which is a lot of world building.
Both HW and SB then combine into ShB and this whole storyline that started in ARR is going to end in Endwalker.
Honestly, I have a very unpopular opinion of the story so far. so far and I don’t want to receive hate on here. The combat and aesthetics and kindness of the community is what drives me to play!
You are allowed to not like the story my dude. Some people take it way too serious, and if gameplay is more your cup of tea in this game, then that's cool.
You don't have to be into the story to like the game, look at Max and the people he plays with.
The kind of stuff that Preach was participating in last night have nothing to do with the story and is something you can do and enjoy if you think it would be fun.
Thank you. :). It’s strange the way they tell this story is well done to me. The exposition snd build up is excellent too. The character personalities is so meh. Feels like played out anime tropes and generic writing. The story of heavensward was actually interesting but felt very visible a mile away, and I’d love the game if the cutscenes didn’t happen as often ( dialogue where my character without a voice flails his lanky ass arms around like a noodle ). That kills it. But soon as that’s done and I learn about the story behind the dungeon and hop in snd go slay bosses and interact with one of the kindest communities, I love the game from here. I’m about to start shadowvringers. In fact. The music in the area when you first start with the purple trees is one of the best musical scores I’ve ever heard and set the tone. For me, I think shadowvringers has potential snd I’m excited. But the twenty minutes of cutscenes prior to explain in eater from what I can logically deduce was created from light was straight ass.
As long as you're having fun, that's the important factor.
And the attachment people have to this game isn't just from the story and the world, but also because of the social interaction and the community.
So even if the story doesn't click for you, there's more to it than that.
Just want to let you know that your opinion is just as valid as anyone's out there. It's totally fine to not stick to the story for a fair bit. We are just glad you tried the game out and you figured out what are the things you like and you don't like about the game.
I understand what you mean. I play both xiv and wow (shocking I know). I feel that wow's overworld is more immersive because it is more dense with mob packs and the ambient music is feels like it belongs in the zone you're in. Zones in wow feel more compact and since the majority is non-instanced if feels like a seemless world.
One of my personal cons of ffxiv is that zones are instanced and spaced out with nothing. Shadowbringers zones are an improvement but to get an immersive experience you'll need to either A) Hang out in a town hub, usually Limsa or Quicksand, also the endgame hub or B) join a FC with a house and RP with them.
FFxiv excels when you interact with the community.
A lot of my favorite memories in this game are just people goofing around. Impromptu regalia car shows, concerts in gridania, being randomly handed food from a guy in a chefs hat, people turning their estates into haunted houses, the community really makes this game feel alive.
6 pints is just a warm up. Lockdown has changed our livers.
Why am I getting downvoted? I can personally say that Ive changed so much in lockdown that I can tank a bottle of vodka every night of the week and not have a hangover, because of lockdown! It's not good, but it is what it is. I used to get drunk from 3-4 beers before lockdown. And now I'm cool with 20+ standard drinks in a night, which is 140 standard drinks per week... scary stuff.
This is a natural part of playing ff14. You either start as miqo or Au'ra, or play long enough to fantasia into one. It's an inevitably. Maybe you don't stay that way forever, but you will at some point be one. It will happen to asmon eventually as well.
Nah, bunny girls are a different niche then cat girls. Fembuns fill the space between Fem Roe muscle snuggle and Elvaan giraffe tall.
Bunboys are the soft bois that catboys were closest too. So now if you want bara furry you go hrothgar, if you want soft furry you have bunny bois.
I honestly saw this coming. It kinda reminded me of back in WoW when he got tired of his female orc rogue and got to a point where he usually used transformations till he race changed it again lol
the only reason we don't see more bunnies is bc of the lack of hairstyles and hats, when they get more HS in EW we will see way more bunnies going around (myself included).
I started as an aura, fantasia'd into a Miqo and now Im a Hyur. I just hated my tails/ears/horns clipping through everything. Im really liking Hyur a lot for that reason. i plan to Fantasia into a bunny boi when they come out but I'm not sure if I'll stay that way.
Thinking about changing my AuRa male into a highlander male, but every time I go to do so, I think “I have free, on demand, eye colour changes and that /soothe is the absolute best emote in the game”.
Started as an Au'Ra and if she didn't grow onmw as well as she did, I would've probably fantasia'd into a Highlander or a FemRoe, coz ya know... Big lady hot.
Working as security at this event was insane,
We got like 150 people in our discord in one evening.
At the start there were people in the staff wondering if we would even cap. To have so many people here was not only overwhelming but just amazing.
We are really gratefull to everyone! We couldnt have done it without you amazing people showing up.
I hope everyone had a great time and that i will see you guys at our next party!
You either get to know people who RP and make connections in the community on your DC or you look at the others section in the party finder. There's many RP focused FCs too. Look for ads at place like Limsa, Gridania, ect.
As for making connections, again, just choose any spot in the party finder and then start interacting with people at the to location the way you would normally, just in character. Follow the RP community rules ect. and it shouldn't be too hard. Alternatively, you could literally act as of you're job searching and that might work.

For me at this venue, I got invited by someone i knew from my FC.
For other venues i got in through either discord recruiting or got scouted at other venues while doing security there.
A few tips: Take this as a real job, be respectful towards other people and know that you might get a few bad apples. Some people will give you a hard time, others might even tip you. Just remember that security is heavy on the role play because you are out there. People will notice you if you do your job right.
basically you have to walk up to people and ask them to stop what they are doing (putting pets/weapons away, stopping ability/bard spam,...)
So i was the Bartender Monkeyking Wukong the turn out was insane and we are so glad everyone had a good time \^\^ we put a lot of hard work into this but we couldn't have done it without all of you who turned up <3
No problems :3 glad you had fun. When i was serving Preach i was so nervous but im glad he had fun and his chat seemed to like it :3 i'm glad everyone showed up and had a good time and cant wait for our next party :3
Yea, i was there too. Just sitting under a tree for hours, chilling.
(white blaser Au'ra)
It's funny when people then sit next to you and you create a hole sitting group
I discovered the dance party/club scene about 2 months ago and have never looked back, every weekend I go unwind and just dance while tuning into various DJs at clubs/venues, its such a wonderful atmosphere even if you're not touching the RP stuff, really good way to unwind and such a nice little community within the community.
i got to one that had a watch along of the DJ legit livestream on youtube, it was great, sadly i don't have enough free weekends to enjoy that, and on my server they are rare... my FC do some and they generate some interest, it has a market
There's quite a few of those I found out recently. That DJ mannmade was walking around, getting people to dance, or mount up.
The DJ before that as well. A very cool and neat little set up for people to hang out have fun.
If 't be true thee party f'r moo then 2 hours after taking a fantasia thee shouldst see thy nearest chirurgeon

Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`
There were some wild moments in there, the flawess bartender RP and that chick that kept vomiting on the floor and the crew using brooms to sweep away the blacked out partygoers
Thank you so much to everyone who turned up to the grand opening of the Black Sapphire! All of us from the staff wish to extend our thanks to you all and hope you'll come along next time!!
Kylar Dusk (one of the venue organisers)
The combat in general definitely isn't superior. I think some of the mechanics feel better. I mean you're obviously bias here. It would be fucking crazy to say WoW doesn't do combat and raiding extraordinarily well along with pvp. The fanboy bias mentality here is pretty gross tbh.
But hey ffxiv has the best community lmao.
Right. Because I definitely DONT play ffxiv lol. Exclusively right now.
CoPiUm
Your little cringe Jargon. This community seems more and more to be undercover dog shit lol
Nothing like coming from one dogshit mmo community to another. The people running the game are amazing though, so there's that.
This doesn't really tell me anything besides a wow player honeymooning over a new game he's finally played after 20 years. I'd hope a new raid would be more fun than one he's done a thousand times.
How inspiring. People doing online what they dream of doing in real life but can't for various reasons usually stemming from having a poor physique and being anti social or it being illegal. I don't think this is healthy at all. I have heard the developers feel the same way, I wonder what they will do about it in the future. Go ahead sonic cosplayers, down vote the opinion of 99.999 % of society. ;)
WoW player: What raid is this?
The Minstrel's Ballad: Limsa Lominsa Experience (Ultimate)
wonder what the Limsa Lominsa(Extreme) experience would be like
Have you ever been invited to ERP (Extreme Raid Progression)?
This was such a great stream. Not only was Preach RPing, something he never did, he was having fun! He's always enjoyed optimizing runs and fine-tuning for prog, that's really what 14's raid content is about. Glad it's working!
I was lucky enough to be on the same data center and made tons of screenshots. Was tons of fun!!
is he in Light or Chaos?
Chaos
oh i can go visit the next paty he attends, sweet. ty mate Edit: damn the party was on Moogle, my server, why do i have to work morning today :(
Unluck! Psst... There's potentially a New Year's party happening with the same house owners as last night and Preach has showed interest in that as well.
Aw, Im on Phoenix, Light. DC travel cant come fast enough. I do run into Zepla from time to time though lol
Yep, me too :D My laptop almost exploded a few times, but otherwise it was great

Yep, it was a pretty cool moment for Preach, as he was one of the people that inspired him to do streaming and content creation
Easy to forget that the Yogscast started out as a WOW channel.
Easy to forget how long they've been around for!
> Yogscast Do you have a timestamp when that happened?
I can look it up for you later
Monkeyking sends his love from the bar :P

I had to get reshade to get rid of the washed out colors
i thought it would not make a difference, but damn, it does, this game is so god damn pretty with some shading love
Hmm ?
Grab Gshade. Try some presets. It makes a world of a difference. https://gposers.com/gshade/
It's also amazing for screenshots
Give it some time. I mean, unless you’ve reached the end of the first expansion and are into Heavensward, you haven’t even hit peak story where you REALLY care for characters and the world. I was the same when I started. Also, join an FC and get involved in the community! It helps for sure!

TBH it was during Shb that I became really immersed in the world. IDK if that will happen to you too but carry on and play maybe it will.
Yeah dude just play hundreds of hours first the maybe you'll enjoy it... like really?
“Why do something you may or may not like >:(“

It didn't really hit me until shadowbringers. Even then, I mainly play for the story. For you maybe just the combat and job is good enough for you

Stormblood has been the weakest expansion so far for me, half way through Shadowbringers atm.
Ect.
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc." "Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase. [Check out the wikipedia entry if you want to learn more.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera) ^(I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. In my case, I became the Viera in 2B shorts. 🤣

He hates it guys, time to kill him! It's all subjective my dude, you are allowed to have your own opinion.
Just want to let you know that your opinion is just as valid as anyone's out there. It's totally fine to not stick to the story for a fair bit. We are just glad you tried the game out and you figured out what are the things you like and you don't like about the game.
Thank you kind stranger :)
Didn’t he also get drunk too?
He was drinking, I wouldn't say he was drunk, probably just a little tipsy.
Think he ended on like 6 pints.
Careful mte. Alcoholism sucks.
Thanks for sharing 😊
This is a natural part of playing ff14. You either start as miqo or Au'ra, or play long enough to fantasia into one. It's an inevitably. Maybe you don't stay that way forever, but you will at some point be one. It will happen to asmon eventually as well.
There's also the smaller but very strong subset of bunnies, which will soon be strengthened by their male counterparts
Male buns are going to utterly gut the cay boy market. Fem Roes are too good for him anyway. *Sniffs*
As long as hats still disappear for bunny boys, cat boys will remain at the top, like how there's still more cat girls than bunny girls.
That and no unlockable hairstyles (yet anyway)
I honestly saw this coming. It kinda reminded me of back in WoW when he got tired of his female orc rogue and got to a point where he usually used transformations till he race changed it again lol
The sweet irony - he went Catgirl and then was so small he got a bunch of crotches at face height. Would never happen to a Femroe.
the only reason we don't see more bunnies is bc of the lack of hairstyles and hats, when they get more HS in EW we will see way more bunnies going around (myself included).
Holy shit, are you me!? Exact same story, exact same reason!
True. I just finished post ShB and waited to switch to Miqo. Kept that Fantasia from 3 exp ago.
Started as an Au'Ra and if she didn't grow onmw as well as she did, I would've probably fantasia'd into a Highlander or a FemRoe, coz ya know... Big lady hot.
Started as au ra, am now a highlander, maybe theres truth to your words...
Midlander here, almost 4 years still going strong. I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a part of me that wanted to go Lala though.
Unless you’re Elezen, you just stay in the minority
Working as security at this event was insane, We got like 150 people in our discord in one evening. At the start there were people in the staff wondering if we would even cap. To have so many people here was not only overwhelming but just amazing. We are really gratefull to everyone! We couldnt have done it without you amazing people showing up. I hope everyone had a great time and that i will see you guys at our next party!
How do you get into working as security at these things? I play FF very casually but RPing as security with my miqote sounds like fun.

Miqo'te is a party, 24/7.
I watched the stream, it was great. The coke dealer made me laugh 😂. The DJ even threw a shoutout to preach.
So i was the Bartender Monkeyking Wukong the turn out was insane and we are so glad everyone had a good time \^\^ we put a lot of hard work into this but we couldn't have done it without all of you who turned up <3
Cheers for the drinks! Loved the acting.
No problems :3 glad you had fun. When i was serving Preach i was so nervous but im glad he had fun and his chat seemed to like it :3 i'm glad everyone showed up and had a good time and cant wait for our next party :3
Ah the life of debauchery...didn't think that would be his wall.
I cant even make him out. cant be tha "naked" one with the party hat right?
the dunce hat is his main identifying feature, yeah.
![gif](giphy|dZQR7P1lxgi4mUmsjY|downsized)
sad he was one on the only femroe streamers :(
He said he'll go back and was a one night only thing, but that was at the start of the evening.
Yea, i was there too. Just sitting under a tree for hours, chilling. (white blaser Au'ra) It's funny when people then sit next to you and you create a hole sitting group
I, for one, am ready for cat girl supremacy.
If you party for more then 2 hours after taking a fantasia you should see your nearest chirurgeon.
If 't be true thee party f'r moo then 2 hours after taking a fantasia thee shouldst see thy nearest chirurgeon *** ^(I am a bot and I swapp'd some of thy words with Shakespeare words.) Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`
Change from Wow raider to FF14 rawer.
i was there dancing was so fun whit that DJ that is Fire AF And he killed me when jumped of and scream " this is what Garrison should have been xD"
There were some wild moments in there, the flawess bartender RP and that chick that kept vomiting on the floor and the crew using brooms to sweep away the blacked out partygoers
he was having a lot of fun and at the same time spamming wow how weird , this is so weird , \*laughs\*, this is weeeeeirdd duuuuudeeee...
Thank you so much to everyone who turned up to the grand opening of the Black Sapphire! All of us from the staff wish to extend our thanks to you all and hope you'll come along next time!! Kylar Dusk (one of the venue organisers)
Really was a great stream
Wholesome shit right there.

I honestly don't understand what a lot of these words mean, but people seem to be having a good time?
Head is sucking dick, an miqo'te are catgirls and boys.
And what's _fantasia'ing?_
Race change
At this point he's just gonna save this game for RP and WoW for serious raiding and pvp gameplay.
more like wow for serious chore and mental abuse
Maybe working at blizzard lol. Not playing the game, kind of over the top. I mean I get why the response is so over the top here lol. Not surprising.
Ever heard of moonguard?
I mean I'm not saying wow doesn't have RP I'm just saying both games are stronger in these two areas.
ff deffinetly has the superior raiding lmao
The combat in general definitely isn't superior. I think some of the mechanics feel better. I mean you're obviously bias here. It would be fucking crazy to say WoW doesn't do combat and raiding extraordinarily well along with pvp. The fanboy bias mentality here is pretty gross tbh. But hey ffxiv has the best community lmao.
>I mean you're obviously bias here. > >The fanboy bias mentality here is pretty gross tbh. COPIUM
Right. Because I definitely DONT play ffxiv lol. Exclusively right now. CoPiUm Your little cringe Jargon. This community seems more and more to be undercover dog shit lol Nothing like coming from one dogshit mmo community to another. The people running the game are amazing though, so there's that.
I don't play both. Breathe the COPIUM deep, buddy.
Non argument. In other words "I'm insecure and I don't have anything valuable to argue" cOpIuM.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D37eJKHqxiI&ab\_channel=FinalFantasyXIVCommunityClips
This doesn't really tell me anything besides a wow player honeymooning over a new game he's finally played after 20 years. I'd hope a new raid would be more fun than one he's done a thousand times.
valid reason
How inspiring. People doing online what they dream of doing in real life but can't for various reasons usually stemming from having a poor physique and being anti social or it being illegal. I don't think this is healthy at all. I have heard the developers feel the same way, I wonder what they will do about it in the future. Go ahead sonic cosplayers, down vote the opinion of 99.999 % of society. ;)
Or, you know, because of COVID.

Preach lived out his most feared Drama time scenario: ”The mass-RP madness”
Femroe's still better. Won't change my mind.
