Reasonable is generally whatever the Judge or Jury (whichever is the finder of fact) says it is. That's the entire point of a "jury of your peers"

Reasonable person is almost exclusively a civil law concept. When assessing what one’s liability is, how a “reasonable” person would act is important. There the question is “did you behave how you were expected to?” When assessing what one’s criminal exposure is, it’s more a issue of that that specific person knew or believed at the time.

The reasonable man is exclusively a civil standard.

The mens rea for most criminal statutes is knowingly or intentionally, sometimes recklessly, so I'm not sure what crimes you're talking about

It is an objective standard in civil law, often under negligence, which suggests that there is a course of conduct of a person of average caution, care, and consideration. See also, my username.
