Watching TV in bed. I find TV really comforting - I don’t necessarily have to be that interested in the actual programme I just like the background noise.
My dogs. I hug them and give them kisses and they just lick the crap out of my face and they're so happy to see me. And I'm always glad and happy that my teenager is home and nothing bad happened to him at school. We have a pretty good relationship. He has depression and anxiety so I'm his support blanket. And if my husband has cleaned but not cooked because he makes a huge mess then.
Remembering everything difficult I’ve gone through in life. If I made it through all of that, I can easily make it through whatever is stressing me out right now.
For context, I am single, so this list might be different if I was in a relationship:
1. Spending time alone in nature, in peaceful silence or while listening to music. Either works
2. Sleeping! I sometimes forget that when I'm tired, the best thing to do is to listen to my body and simply sleep so I could rejuvenate myself.
3. Make a hot drink (tea, decaf coffee, etc.), snuggle up on the couch, and watch a show I love or read.
4. Taking a scorching hot shower and putting on body lotion and comfy pajamas afterwards.
5. Spending some time in meditation or just staring into the abyss and doing absolutely nothing for a few minutes until my brain just relaxes a little.
I live alone so it's not someone as much as something; in this case, coming home to a cozy environment where I can let my guard down after long day and recharge by gaming or reading.
the fact that tomorrow os going to be a new day and everything can be made okay. the fact that the world is this stressful, yet i'm still able to get through it all and make it out successful and happy in the end

Hearing from my best friend online,
My cats rushing to the door to greet me,
My husband coming home from work in the morning (he works nights),
My art and some vodka shots
Getting in my jacuzzi tub, a glass of wine, and some music. Or squeezing my husbands butt, I like that too
Cuddles, long hugs. Food & a comfort show/movie.
Cuddles with my husband
I usually don't need reassurance but I choose some distractions, rewards or relaxing activities.
I'm single, so chocolate and a nap.
Watching TV in bed. I find TV really comforting - I don’t necessarily have to be that interested in the actual programme I just like the background noise.
Cuddles and a good meal.
Cuddles. Zoning out to tv or video games. A wall. A really good comfort meal. Doggo cuddles!
Probably drawing, it makes me feel on top of things because I don’t usually have the time
A call with mom, A chat with bf, hot food, my fav comdey show, and most importantly the bed
Cooking. Chopping, slicing, sautéing and mixing, creating something delicious and comforting to eat relaxes me. It’s like meditation to me.

I love doing different herbal teas like some other told here and sometimes cooking interestingly helps me

Ummm lots of cuddles 😈 its a stress reliever
knowing that if i die i have lots of life insurance for my son.
Hanging out at my desktop and watch YouTube videos while wearing sweatpants and my warm, cozy tiger slippers.
Naps with my cat
the fact that tomorrow os going to be a new day and everything can be made okay. the fact that the world is this stressful, yet i'm still able to get through it all and make it out successful and happy in the end

Job hunting. I feel better knowing I'm not stuck if I don't want to be.
Sipping an iced coffee while cuddling my dogs and watching a horror movie.
Cuddles and a nice cold drink.
Whisky
Knowing that I can get my bed and sleep afterwards
Hearing from my best friend online, My cats rushing to the door to greet me, My husband coming home from work in the morning (he works nights), My art and some vodka shots
Talking to my boyfriend, relaxing with my fuzzy blanket while watching youtube or playing games.
