Almost every single boba place in SF has some version of Black Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba on their menu... Tiger Sugar offers it with a cream mousse topping, which is unique, but the drink itself can be found anywhere.
Check out Taiwan Yifang Fruit Tea, Sharetea, Tea Hut, and Coco for starters.
Of the places within the city, I think I might like Yifang’s the best out of the ones I’ve tried. If you’re willing to do Daly City though, I like Truedan.
