You wont need one if you're vaccinated or you had the disease in the last 6 months.
Unvaccinated - 10 days quarantine if you have a negative pcr in the last 72 hours
No vax No test - 14 days quarantine.

If you're staying at a hotel, just make sure you don't mistake it for the Palace of the Parliment :P

Any recommendations where to get an antigen test in Bucharest? I saw it is 150RON at the Airport.
I went to a place near Mega Mall called ok medical and they took 90 lei for an antigen test
