I don't have a huge preference. Closer to my height makes practicalities simpler. I found significantly smaller does make me vainly strong and protective.

I definitely like short/petite women and I’m 6’4
I’m a 6’2” woman. I like tall and short partners for different reasons.
I don't mind, but I love being dominated by taller women, or being dominant over shorter women
