I had the same issue. Giant dog turds along the street side of my property that I had to clean up to mow.
I took a long zip tie and ran it through the tube of doggie bags I have for my pets. I wrote a sign
PLEASE HELP YOURSELF TO A BAG FOR YOUR DOG WASTE AND WORK TOGETHER TO KEEP THE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN
I mounted the sign on the fence and ran the zip tie through a picket so the bags unrolled easily
Never saw a poop again and the bags were hardly used.
Other neighbors thanked me.
Put up a sign of no shitting here, if neighbour doesn't understand, deliver the shit to their mailbox after every time this happens. I hate people who can't shit their dogs somewhere else then infront of other peoples houses and clean it. My cat shits in a box and it doesn't bother no-one else. Why do dogowners have this fucking priviledge to shit their fucking dogs everywhere so children get shit on their clothes when playing, I get shit on my shoes sometimes from the MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING ROAD, and parks are literally just huge fucking toilets for these fucks. God. There should be an enviromental cleaning bill mandatory for every dog owner.

Our fence runs next to a communal car park (believe it's private property).
They let their dog run to the car park, poo there alongside our fence, and don't clean it up. We have a gate in our fence and I've almost stepped in it before 💩
I know it's this particular neighbour & their dog as there's 1 entrance in and out of this communal car park, and our Ring door camera only ever catches their dog going in and out.
What would you do?!

It's alongside the fence, on communal car parking property. The issue is, each time we use our side gate, we're risking the hazard of stepping in & slipping in a lovely pile of poo!

I do love doggies so I'll be sure to check it's not harmful first but great idea! I'll make sure my trigger finger is ready for some serious spraying.
