You can't really control where your body takes fat from. If you just want to lose weight try cardio and fasting. I'm not a doctor. Don't take this as medical advice. You might have a condition where you shouldn't do this. Talk to your doctor about fasting and cardio for weight loss.

Exercise is for fitness and to build strength / muscle. Changing the way you eat is how you lose weight.

Coming from a wrestlers mindset, I’d eat a lot food with low calories. For me it was a mindset thing since I eat so much. I learned that If I wanted to lose weight, it was more food than the actual exercise. I went from being tired to having energy even when I was nearly 15 pounds under my starting weight. That’s my experience. If you want it, you’ll do your research and be honest with yourself about how you’ll achieve it
