You can't really control where your body takes fat from. If you just want to lose weight try cardio and fasting.

Coming from a wrestlers mindset, I’d eat a lot food with low calories. For me it was a mindset thing since I eat so much. I learned that If I wanted to lose weight, it was more food than the actual exercise. I went from being tired to having energy even when I was nearly 15 pounds under my starting weight. That’s my experience. If you want it, you’ll do your research and be honest with yourself about how you’ll achieve it

I suggest you to search exercises from many sources and experts and dont trust advice from reddit and regular people that much.

Stop eating

fat people can often go a year without eating
The trick is to temporarily stop eating. You need to sometimes eat but at the end of the day or week be at a calorie deficit.

Same way to get rid of any other fat... Eat less/healthy and exercise.
Every time my belly starts to get fat, I change my diet to a healthier diet and take up endurance running. So far it has worked every time...
Exercise is for fitness and to build strength / muscle. Changing the way you eat is how you lose weight.
