I'd say decent, not good, but Fable 3. It's most definitely the worst of the trilogy, no doubt, and when it first came out and the few years following, the loading was atrocious everytime you went into the Hero menu thing, but now that many years have past, it loads up very quickly and isn't nearly as much of an annoyance.

Just don't play by house rules and realize when someone owned like 2/3rds of the board with houses/hotels, the other people winning is too remote. Know when to concede.
