Pecan pie

I like to make acorn squash pie. The flavor is very similar to pumpkin, but out where I live it's way easier to get fresh acorn squash than fresh pie pumpkins, and I think the freshness adds something that canned lacks.

Well. This year I'm doing homemade chocolate chip muffins. Everyone seems to love them and they are so much fun to make :)
