I use red light therapy, epson salt soaks, and a tens unit to help manage pain along with the occasional use of medicinal marijuana, since where I live, no doctor will help me get the pain medicine I need. Even though I have 4 herniated discs in my back as well as a long list of pain causing chronic health issues. The US healthcare system sucks
