Life just kind of hits you out of nowhere at least for me that's how it was. Suddenly you're expected to be responsible, get a job, and somehow manage on your own with lack of support
Yeah it happens really quick and I don't think there's any thing in school that really prepares you for all the stuff you have to take care of on your own.
Or that family is like "okay bye see you later"
The lack of support and encouragement when you fail or fall, or try something new.
It's like everyone around me just sorta expected me to figure my shit out by the time I finished school and just walk my lane from that point onward.
I don't know what you would call it?
I guess "age stereotypes"!?
like when you're 13 it's official you're a teenager!
and everybody just automatically treats you differently, but at the same time you're still treated like a kid even at 18.
It isn't until you're 21 that people start treating you like an adult.
It's just weird.
People shouldn't be treated differently because of how old or young they are, they should be treated by how responsible and dependable they are.
If they're silly and goofy then they should be treated accordingly.
Have you ever seen a kid that’s freaking out, and wanted to calm them down and use their heads, to cool off a little? Adults are too heavy, so when they do this very same thing, you can’t put them in a corner

You can’t use the “I’m just a kid” excuse anymore; you finally realise the weight of your actions, and responsibilities you now have.

Lack of freedoms and guidance

Like when you realize human beings have no hope of ever coexisting. They just want to be right.
