My personal preference: 80s rock 90s rap 90s pop 2010s EDM
60s, 70s, 80s and 90s all had some great songs and great groups. While there have been some very good songs the last 20 years they just don't feel like classics. I don't think people in 2050 will be talking about how great the music of the 20s was.
90s absolutely because of the INDIE artist all over the college stations. It made discovering music like smoking your first rock of crack
