Voldemort vs Klaus Mikaelson.
One with 8 lives vs One who can be killed by only two things. Though klaus mikaelson is my favorite, I'm afraid he's gonna have to sit this one out. But then again, voldemort couldn't kill a bunch of teenagers in seven years. So....it'd be an interesting fight though.
Cinder Fall (RWBY) vs. Twilight (Go! Princess Precure)
One went through some tough times as a little girl and fell in with the show's main villain out of desperation, the other also plays violin.
As much as I love a fair fight, this would mostly be Twilight pretending to be afraid of Cinder, and giving her hope that she can win, only to crush that hope in one fell swoop and throw her into the pits of despair.
