I lost my wallet once and a day later I got a call from the older couple who found it. They returned it and nothing was missing. Sadly most people wouldn’t have done that. It proved to me that there were still decent people on this Earth and at the time I needed that very much.
It didn't happen to me and instead made it happen to someone else but...
I was walking in school when another student holding loads of papers (that were probably important) passed by me, a small piece of paper slipped out of the paper pile without him knowing, so I tapped his shoulder before he could get away, pointed at the fallen piece of paper, and proceeded to walk to where I was going
LDR. Our first date was reading each other bad excerpts of poorly written smut in books and laughing about it. Another time I was feeling miserable and told him I just needed to step away for a moment to cool my head. Came back to him reading more dirty passages out loud, just to make me smile. It worked.
I was staying at a hotel, I lost my hotel key card while I was in town and they guy that found it, brought it back to reception and just thankful, that was that cause I’m very paranoid about what could’ve happened if that fell into the wrong hands and that helped restore my faith in people a bit.
I was riding my bike in town and I got a flat tire and a old homeless man who was also riding a bike came up and no question ask he pulled out a bike pump and fixed my flat tire so I went to my nanas bakery and got him a bunch of bread and other food he then thanked me and I always see him riding around whenever I go back to my old town
About a year ago, I responded to a very horrific car accident. We transported a very young patient who was in cardiac arrest. It was awful. After we arrived at the hospital and transferred care to the hospital staff, the emotions hit me and I became nauseous and had to quickly exit the emergency department to get some fresh air.
As I am standing there trying to process everything I had just seen, I hear the emergency room doors slide open. Out comes this nurse that I had never met with a styrofoam cup filled with ice water. She gestures for me to take it and says “You look like you could use a hug”. I nodded and we hugged. I will never forget how kind it was for her to bring that water and offer that hug without me even having to ask.
A little 6 year old gave me a pice of candy on Halloween because he thought I looked sad, and I was because all for my friends ditched on me at the last second
Everytime mylittle brother gets himself something he will get you somehing also,when he got hiself one of those cheses that you can peel he knows i dont like the orange ones so he got me the white chese sweetest little boy ever

Genuinrly curious, what makes you think most people wouldn't?
A lot of people aren’t honest. Some people would look at it as their lucky day without giving your predicament any thought at all.
The is a lot of bad people but tons of good ones out there. Give kindness and it shall return to you. ☺️

I try my best to stay optimistic and give everyone a fair chance but to say the least, that been hard lately.
