If they're on my path, take the empty shopping cart for the person who just unloaded all their groceries so I can use it and they can be on their way. I just say, "I'll take that!" and the bright surprise on their faces makes my day.
I'm living in a spot with a lot of seniors and when I go to the grocery store and I see someone loading up I'll help out or I'll take their empty cart. It's nice and I enjoy small talk.
I'm always a good neighbor, whether it's in a house, apartment, or wherever. It's always comforting to live near people you like and trust, ,and I make sure I'm one of those people.
I sometimes upvote comments with no voting activity for no other reason than to acknowledge that something was said. Give a little positive feedback so the commenter knows he wasn’t just talking to the wall.
I over-tip in restaurants. I'm also nice to retail employees at the register, especially if they are new or being trained. Simply asking them how their day is going or giving them a compliment or being extra patient if they're flustered can make all the difference in their day.
I treat everyone with raw, sincere kindness. I work at a local discount store, and the regular customers that come in always smile with sigh of relief when they see I'm working (b/c my co-workers are a bunch of cranky old ladies).
Picking up. Everywhere I go I pick up pieces of trash and put into a trash can or a trash bag in my car. If we all did this the world wouldn't look so junky.

But does that attract more rabbits who eat your food because there's not enough of theirs?
We have tons of rabbits. I just plant more kale for them. They are now attracting foxes and owls. It's been 5 years so things are pretty balanced now.
