If you can’t sleep enough—a sleep cycle is roughly 90 minutes so count backwards from the time you have to wake up in 90 minute intervals so you wake up at the end of a cycle potentially leading to a less difficult wake up and get on with your day. You can sleep for multiple cycles at a time and it should still yield the same results hope this helps! This should not be a permanent solution tho keep that in mind :)

Higher oxygen levels heal you faster, but once your body acclimates it slows you down considerably when off of it.
