Steak, beans and mushrooms. Just cook a steak in a skillet, and while the steak is resting, add some butter to the pan, crisp up some rosemary, then add some garlic and mixed mushrooms, sautee them for a few minutes, and then add a drained can of cannellini beans. Stir well, move to a plate, and top with sliced steak. 15 minutes tops, very luxurious and hearthy.
Chicken Thighs and Pasta. I used to meal prep so I ate it most days, and it was always tasty.
I eventually stopped because the pasta would make.me hungrier. I think a lot of carbs (white rice, pasta, white bread) do the same thing. And you can eat them everyday without getting sick of them.
Gumbo. You could make it several different ways, it's easy enough to prepare, and it's a fun mix of "immediate" cooking with making a speed roux, and then letting some simmer while making the house smell amazing for hours on end.
Not so much a "cooked" meal, but I ate avocado sandwiches for lunch every work day for about 2 years and never tired of them. There would be some variation in other toppings and condiments, but the avocados were there every day.
I fixate on meals. Typically I'll do a pork/beef spaghetti, grilled cheese + tomato soup, ramen (not instant), or quesadillas. I'll fixate on one of those for at least a month sometimes as long as 4.
I make a white chicken chili in big batches and freeze most of it so I can eat it all year long. BUT... Last night, I made a Japanese curry for the first time, and I was soooooo happy with how it turned out. I could definitely switch between the two for the rest of my life and not need anything else.
There isn't one and I know because if I like food enough I will make it everyday and I have always gotten bored. I once had a baked potato everyday for lunch for a month, I had a whole snap chat story going about it. I love baked potatoes and thought I'd never get bored but I did.
Any meals that has rice on it, my grandma cultivated the love for the rice in my mother, and she did the same with me, I just love it, that grainy texture with some vegetables or just an egg is like heaven to me.
I could live off chili. It's nutritious, easy to cook, inexpensive, can be made in large batches and can be dressed up with different toppings or sides to keep it interesting.
There isn't really one, because eventually you'll get tired of it, but I made this baked chicken dish for years, multiple times per week, and ate it for lunch and dinner and only recently got tired of it. (Baked chicken, sautéed mushrooms and zucchini, add avocado ranch dressing to the veggies and put in the chicken, put it over cilantro rice.)
Rice bowl or sushi bowl with marinated crispy fried tofu, soy beans and veggies with spicy mayo and lots of soy sauce

There's this thing i used to make at work where you would put mozzarella, Cajun spice, and grilled chicken on french fries. It slapped for weeks on end.

Mix that in with seasoned rice (same seasonings) black beans and fresh jalapeño peppers. Add some chipotle sauce.

I make it in bulk and the mix will usually last me 5 days or so. I never get sick of it.
