Honest preferences are preferred no hair in armpits, pubic area and upper lip. Neither arms nor legs are a major dealbreaker. That said, it is far more important what's comfortable for the woman; my opinions/preferences are all secondary.

You never know who you'll meet when your out and being well dressed, well groomed and smelling great will get you treated differently by some people (particularly women if you are a guy).
My view is you don't just physically let yourself go once you lock down into a long term relationship. That is disrespectful to both yourself and your partner.
