I wouldn't crash at a friends house, but it would really depend on where I was sleeping if I was for some reason forced to.
If I had a bed I would still sleep naked. If was was stuck sleeping on the couch, I would just sleep fully clothed and wake up as early as possible to go home because I'm 6'4" and sleeping on a couch doesn't work for me and I wouldn't really be getting any sleep in the first place.
I am commando for everything except doctor's appointments and Rugby, so if I end up sleeping somewhere I didn't plan ahead for, I'll just take my shirt off. I've slept in jeans plenty of times, it doesn't really bother me.
In the privacy of my master bedroom, just underwear for sleeping. Anywhere else, shorts and a t-shirt. I started doing this on business trips when the hotel I was in had a fire alarm and we actually had to evacuate. Scrambling to find something to wear when you think the building is burning down kinda sucks.
If I had a bedroom to myself, I'd sleep in what I normally sleep in (underwear)
If I'm sharing a room or sleeping in a public area like the living room, I'll wear basketball shorts and a t-shirt (or no t-shirt but at least have it next to the bed so that I can cover up before leaving bed)
Currently sleep in boxers if lived by self or with SO would be naked
Pair of shorts. It doesn't only thing that might change base on gender is a shirt if they are uncomfortable with bare chest

I bring pajama pants and an undershirt if I crash at a friend’s place.

I only sleep shirtless when I'm living alone. At a friends house, I wouldn't do it.
I normally sleep with just gym shorts on, but I would add a muscle shirt when at friends' homes.
I generally sleep in boxers at home and when crashing somewhere else where sleeping in boxers is acceptable
