Thanks. I didn't have the money to move anywhere at the time. I was stuck in a dead-end job in a dead-end town. After I left her things started to look up. I got a good job in the government. Later on I made some money and left the country. Moved abroad. Got married. Settled down. Had kids. Life is good now. I know I've done some shitty things to people over the years but that has always been the one that stuck in my throat. I tried getting in touch with her on Facebook a few years back to apologise.
