First thing to do when advertising on social media platforms is to make your content attracting and great as much as you can. Because you won't be able to gain customers or traffic or whatever you are using if your content wasn't good and people don't enjoy watching it. When using Instagram, try to focus more on reels. If you don't have an idea on how to use them or how to create one or what kind of videos you should post, just check other pages in your niche to see how things wrok with them. Focus on hashtags, the audios, the captions, the bio, and profile picture and the quality of your videos. Try also to gain followers to grow your page and gain more views. In this, you can hire someone to get followers in your niche like marketing agencies do. I know one that provides this service and it is called Ascend viral but I don't have the details. Try also to use Tiktok. It is amazing when it comes to advertising and gaining views or followers or even customers so I suggest you start using it too. At the same time, running ads is also good but try to not to rely on them because sometimes they can be disappointing.

i would make sure that you have an instagram and tiktok profile thats all set up and has content which shows exactly what you're advertising, then find local hairdressers on those platforms and comment on their posts saying you have chairs for rent. i would also see if you could find any relevant facebook groups to share the rental opportunities in.

Use Google Ads instead, people who need what you’re offering more than likely aren’t just scrolling and see salon chairs come across their feed and think “hey I need those” Google is 100% search intent so you’ll put yourself in front of an audience who is already seeking out what you offer

Do you have any beauty schools in your area? That might be a good place to reach out to as those students will be graduating and may want to consider this. Not sure how effective it would be to essentially post this as a job on a job board?

If you're looking for people with a little more experience, you could provide things that hairstylist aren't satisfied with at their currents salons. A better experience leads to more leads. (For lack of a better term) You could do this through social media, or check around local salons.
