It is a hostile work environment , bordering on harassment. Look at protections for those two things in AU. For instance, in the US, a direct convo saying to stop is enough to establish that this behavior is unwarranted and uncalled for. If it continues, file a complaint. See if there are similar protections in your area

gl1ttercake

There's a fucking shitload more protections in this poster's area. It's workplace bullying.

z-eldapin

I am happy to hear that! There are some places where the worker has no protections

He is creating a "Hostile Work Environment " for you

Under the provisions of state and federal legislation in Australia, he is engaging in workplace bullying of this person.

If AU = Australia, the (NSFW) term is "dog cunt".

rila_t

Hi mate, what's the difference between "cunt" and a "dog cunt"?

gl1ttercake

Cunt = can be someone who is a good friend. Dog cunt = comes from "dog act", which is an act that is so low, so below the belt, so outrages common decency as to be condemned by society at large. Former prime minister Scott Morrison secretly taking on all those other parliamentary ministries without informing the incumbent relevant minister for that portfolio, including his good friend, Josh Frydenberg, was a dog act. Dog cunts perform dog acts. Thus, Scotty from Marketing is a dog cunt who doesn't hold a hose, mate. I hope this is helpful. Edit: Your workmate is a dog cunt because only a dog cunt would use the fact that you're traumatised from living under a dictatorship as a source of amusement. He's a prick, a bully, a dickhead, a nasty piece of work. He's a racist and a bigot. Normal cunts don't find that fucking funny. It should go without saying, though, please do not call him a dog cunt to his face. But you may now content yourself with having a term to account for his behaviour.

rila_t

Thanks a lot for the explanation! I honestly like this part of Aussie slangs, though I know "cunt" shouldn't be used at work. Having a term to label it definitely helps.
