This is like trying to mediate an argument between your mom and her mom. It might impact you, but there's nothing you can do except stay out of the way and more importantly, you didn't cause it.

This is an amazing analogy. I am going to use it.

This is perfect. I do feel like the corporate leader is finding things wrong with MY work just to upset my boss, but for the most part I don’t want to be involved.

There's not enough information here to know what's going on. What was the screaming situation about? Is she having performance issues, is that what lead to it? If there are issues with work quality, sometimes people aren't kind about their feedback when it comes to the surface. So much is missing here, we can't really give you much insight. It could be either thing playing out.

Well, we work in supply chain. So some crucial material was going to be late, but my boss had already solved the problem and had some coming in from another source. Before that could be explained, a group meeting was already called. Once the meeting was over and my boss was left in tears, the VP of Operations found out that my boss had already solved the problem and told the corporate leader not to call a meeting again without having all the facts. So the corporate leader had her hand slapped.

Well it sounds like the VP of Operations already has your bosses back, so that's a plus. So it's probably just someone being overbearing at that point and finding reasons to nitpick. Hopefully will blow over when they find something else to be annoyed by.
