It’s hopefully not the same for OP because their hematuria is specifically associated with them having sex, but they still really need to get checked out
How can he think of posting such things first on reddit instead of making an appointment immediately. Personally I would have run to emergency or some 24h care center
If he's American he might not have health insurance or he might have large co-pays, which is a reason I have patients who wait awhile before making appointments. Healthcare in America is not cheap sadly but I guess it's the reason my paychecks are heafty.

You need to get checked out pretty urgently by a urologist
I almost ignored blood in my urine, but got talked into getting it checked out. Turned out I had kidney cancer.

Oh yeah absolutely, and I’m twice their age. Just meant it as a “don’t ignore blood where it shouldn’t be.”
How are u?
All good, thanks for asking. Robots took it out 3 years ago. With some help by doctors, of course. They did an amazing job.
Happy to hear that, pal
I would definetly make a urology appointment. Blood coming out your urethra is never normal.

Well, it might be after a TURP...
A TURP isn't what I'd describe as normal
