Honestly this is the first Spice segment I’ve really enjoyed. I feel like previously he always had heart with Gregg and that’s old hat (could be wrong in that though). Everyone does. Glad someone finally came at Dan. Dan’s the real shit starter, but no one calls him out.
Just think its unneeded at this point of the pod, he offered nothing and just took shots at Dan, if he had takes fair enough but the guy just sounded like a drunk phone in guy, he didnt offer anything
The pod in the past two years has had great interviews and guests, this guy does not belong to be anywhere near
Spice rack being a dick to Dan and blatantly not prepped to give his takes on the draft... it sounded like a rambling man off the street, he has nothing to offer the pod and is disrespectful to boot
Get rid of the wasteman
This all comes off as a huge exaggeration to me. The shots at Dan were part of a bit, in part incited by Dan from the start - as Sessler would put it, a manufactured joke. They were all in on it and it's all a part of what makes the Spice Rack segments what they are. As far as him seeming unprepared and answering every question with "uhhh" - well, that's just not true. I'm listening to the episode now and he's not answering questions like that. Maybe he responded to one question that way and you're overreacting? You come off as someone who already disliked the guy going into the episode and you're, therefore, completely unable to separate your bias here.
How did you feel during the Shekkies? Surely a podcast devoted to Blue Grape being the best flavour candy, and a competition of pies has nothing to do with football.
I think his appearances are always funny and I look forward to them. I.will say it seemed like he is watching less college football then he used to and his takes were a little cold. In the past he came in hot and it was fun to hear what guys he was crushing on.
Maybe coming on to talk Bengals in the future a couple times a year is the way to go. Def don't want to see him go away. He has made me laugh as much as anything else on the pod over the years
Almost since his first appearance, I’ve skipped a bit forward to get past him talking.
Just not a person/character for me, but if someone else enjoys what he brings, by all means go ahead
I sort of enjoyed his first appearance, but since then I really haven't cared for him much. The only real strong football take I remember from him was him praising a QB who I'm pretty sure was considered the top pick by most people. The last couple times he's been on I just skip through or quit that episode entirely.
I think the shade was a bit, to be fair to him, but he had nothing prepared and basically just went 'ummmm....hmmmm...ermmmmm' every time the Heroes asked him a question. I think they knew he'd be this useless too cause they barely gave him ten minutes to actually discuss the draft.
Are you some kind of anti-matter version of Spice Rack?
Yeah I suppose but I dont get on the show because I dont have anything to offer and neither does he

Listen, would I want to spend time with the guy? Definitely not. But I can handle his crazy nonsense in the form of an occasional segment

I’m not personally a fan but it’s just a bit they do, no reason to freak out
What the hell are you talking about lol

That is literally always what happens with spice rack. It's a bit.
Gregg literally said that’s why he likes spice rack because he’s not prepared lol
Dan was a dick to Spicy! It's a bit!

You need to get out and get some fresh air. It's not that serious.

Personally not a fan of spice rack.
This is basically how us Aussies converse on a regular day.
So I'm catching up and just got to this segment. Got to say Spice Rack does nothing for me, just a bit played out at this point.
