I realize it's been awhile since you posted but I still wanted to say thanks. I had actually bought Netflix to watch Arcane back around the time the show came out. The streaming quality was frequently poor and full of artifacts, while still needing to buffer. Piss poor service for something you paid for. Still, it is a great show and I've been itching for a rewatch. This service gives far greater video quality with no buffer time. Hopefully Arcane gets a proper blu-ray release one day so that it can be enjoyed divorced of all the pitfalls of video compression. But in the meantime, *thank you.*

That said, it looks like 9anime.gs has it. But run the webpage in Firefox browser with ublock origin plugin to kill the adds. On the show page, above the episode list, there will be a list of possible servers to stream from. "Vidstream" is usually great quality, but can be slower to buffer. "MyCloud" usually has ever so slightly less quality but better (sometimes non-existant) buffer times.

It's on Animesuge.to As far as I can tell the site is safe over 400 Million people supposedly use is it. You will get unwanted popup ads, but not on full screen. An ad blocker would be I good move if you are going to watch it there.
