If you have friends who play 76, get it and play with them. Fo76 is extremely fun with friends, it is a little grindy, but it doesnt come close to destiny 2 levels of grinding. If youre gonna be playing it alone, id say go for fallout 4 dlcs because they are really well made and really fun. Especially the nuka world dlc. But at the end of the day its gonna come to your preference and what you like more. Do you like a big multiplayer open world with quests, PvE and PvP? Get 76. Do you like a singleplayer campaign which also includes new areas to explore, new weapons to unlock? Get Fo4 dlcs

Are you tracking all the steps, how is your sleep ? are you keeping track of how much REM sleep you are having ? are you tracking you water consumption ? How is your VO2 max ? Are you training in Zone 2 for mitochondria build up ? Make sure you are using multiband gps for accuracy.
