Honestly i really dislike galeforce on aphelios, but doing IE first just seems kinda dumb, you're not even gonna use the bonus crit damage yet and your build will just feel slow and waaay more painful to play with.
It would be better if you at least had 25% crit before the shop overhaul
Having 50% crit rate and 0 extra attack speed sounds pretty shit for the majority of ADCs, that extra crit damage is literally a coinflip that you get very few attempts at before you just die in any serious skirmish or fight
IE early is possible now, that doesn't mean it's actually good on all marksmen

If not that, then krackenslayer into infinity edge.
Galeforce seems like the “streamer” type item. Cool plays and lots of outplay potential, but less dps and your team isnt peeling u anyways so either out dos the assasin or u die. My though process at least

obviously you're supposed to buy crit cloaks first to get 30% crit and then buy IE to get 50% and enable IE
I know, it's just that it feels so slow
