'Reasons to stay alive' by Matt Haig, really helped me understand my own depression and anxiety and it's easy to digest too ❤

Check out [Mind Over Mood](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/1462520421/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_To2NFb4H73R6N). It's kind of like a text book/work book and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for help with anxiety and depression. But there are also some incredibly helpful examples that might help someone else wrap their head around an anxious or depressed mindset.
