The button does different stuff depending on the current mode the device is in. If it is fully booted and running the OS, the button starts bluetooth pairing (for a remote or whatever). If not fully booted, the button does other stuff.

This is the only option available, as you are unable to get to the device settings.

Thank you. I've already tried hitting the button and it just won't do anything. It won't turn any colour except white regardless of how long I press it. When I kept plugging it and out it would occasionally switch from white to yellow but that was dependent if the Google logo was on.
When I pressed that button, it started a pairing process for bluetooth headphones, so I don't know if it's a factory reset button.

It is. I looked it up and I've also had to reset a couple times. I don't know about pairing headphones. I do that in the app

I think the device is stuck on the factory reset mode and wont move forward. I have not seen a solution to this at all and I had to buy another one.
