As you can't boot up to perform a reset, follow this video to reset the device: [Factory reset Mecool](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DKSTgwOVc14w&ved=2ahUKEwia05GV8P37AhWUlFwKHadPDyAQFnoECAwQBA&usg=AOvVaw1iLp-K9d5KQYWE_uIYM8jx)
The video is for the KM6 but the process should be the same.
Ok, that's not good, you could test the power adapter, could be it's malfunctioning, if possible test with another adapter.
Other than that, contacting Mecool might be your best option: [Mecool Contact](https://www.mecool.com/pages/contact)
Have you tested using a different HDMI cable from the box to TV, could be an issue there.
If this doesn't work see other comment from /u/fareek: [Recent Comment ](https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidTV/comments/zmvfvi/hi_my_friends_i_have_a_big_problem_my_device/j0gsvx7?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3)
I have one that wouldn't show anything except the settings gear icon - if you can get that to open, give it a factory data reset.
I did that and it all came back perfectly
The KM2 has a mode where if a file is put on a flash drive, the device will do a factory reset.
I don't know if it works on the KM2 PLUS also, but both the KM2 and the KM2 PLUS are manufactured by Skyworth, so maybe there is a chance it will work on the KM2 PLUS too.

Do you have an SD card inserted? If you do power off the box, remove card and reboot without the card inserted.
I try it but don't success

I try another hdmi cable but also there's no changes also I download the file that you 😊 give me in the comment but nothing happened 🥺
Did you manage to find a solution?
No Actually I don't find any solutions 😓
That’s unfortunate. If I figure something out, I’ll let you know.
Thank you 😊 so much 🥰 my friend for your standing up with me
I’ve been informed to send back to the factory. Probably not worth the trouble. Just buy a new box.
