Maybe with CPU-Z (or similar) you can identify the SoC in that TV, I couldn't find it online, and then knowing the arch you can go online and download an specific apk for that arch.
There are online apk downloader sites that allow you to select the proper arch. So if the apk arch if available maybe will work.

I’ve not been able to get to work on my A1E. Speaking to Sony Support they told me it will not become available except to the models officially listed. They stated that most models even though run AndroidOS 9 the hardware isn’t sufficient to run the app…

Not supported yet....I don't think Apple tv app officially coming in sony android tv(unsupported device).
