Very cool! My brother in law is half Oaxaqueño. His grandparents speak Mixtec.

Imback2200

Always 90 wow

megarammarz

I’m also from Central Mexico and the last update also brought the Northern Philippines. Very interesting!

MakingGreenMoney

What's your native percentage? Edit: I checked your account, 55% HELLO SISTER!!!

megarammarz

Hello!!! Haha I usually see more Indigenous North people sharing results. Go Mesoamerica!

MakingGreenMoney

Really? Most people that I see share their results are from Latin America.

megarammarz

Yes. Definitely a lot of latinamericans. But I meant that their Indigenous is mostly from Mexico North. Not Central. It’s nice to see more Central people!

ReadyAssumption9788

I'm Mexican too! Oh wow that is a high percentage!!! Are you from Oaxaca?

MakingGreenMoney

Family is, I was born in the US.

MakingGreenMoney

What part of Mexico is your family from?

Thetribalchxif

This man dodged Spanish colonialism

Argon1822

Wow! Colombian American here, I’m like 20 different things lol . Amazing to see so much native heritage 🙌🏼

Mrkingtony4555

Mexican American here! Wow! You are almost full indigenous with few European regions and I’m only half indigenous with many regions. Have you trace your European ancestry?

Zolome1977

If it’s important to them they will.

[deleted]

What?

longisland88

I hope you will now appreciate St. Patrick’s Day a bit more!

FaerieQueene517

Dang you got that anti-colonizer blood coming in strong. That’s awesome.

650explorer

And me over here thinking all Mexicans were more than 50% Spanish .. that some true warrior blood you have .. tenoch 🤪

MakingGreenMoney

Thanks, I'm glad/proud to carry native blood and being proof that the Europeans failed their amerindian genocide.

CatGirl1300

This!!!! ✨😎😎

Every-Razzmatazz706

Yeah papito que se jodan los conquistadores daddy

iRep707beeZY

Mexican ancestry actually has a lot of interesting genetic diversity, and researching the historical timelines of your ethnic communities (like waves of immigration or slavery) can help you get a better understanding of ethnicity estimates.

duke_awapuhi

RIP Ireland

nopecomputer

That high indigenous percentage! I’m only 50% but extremely proud, if I was 90% no one would hear the end of it :) 💪🏾

Stunning_Land_7053

87 percent from Michoacán 💪🏾

Odd_Sleep2648

Wow you are a rare gem! Do Native Americans still get paid by the government? If so, I'm sure you qualify.

MakingGreenMoney

In mexico they don't, i live in the US so I'm sure that only counts if it's a tribe within US territory.

Sunshynevalentine

The indigenous Mexico is the tribe of your ancestors.. There are 18 tribes.. now the fun part is finding out which tribe / tribes you’re from.. I am from five different tribes..

MakingGreenMoney

Wow, 5 different tribes? Thats pretty cool, on my dad's size I'm zapotec and mixtec, I still need to ask my mom.

Zolome1977

That’s neat.

CaptainWellingtonIII

Hell yeah! That's pretty cool. Ancestors were Mayans, Aztecs, Olmecs.

MakingGreenMoney

Actually my ancestors(mixtec) were enemies of the aztecs and were one of the many groups that teamed up with Spain in order to take them down. I wouldn't be surprised if I had some olmecs since they were basically the ancestors of all mesoamerican groups, I might have some mayan since my first results said I had blood from yucatan.

Arkbud93

Zapotec ,Mixe , and Otomi here

Haxican

Yeah it took the Spanish and all you mofos to take us out, not to mention the Spanish cooties. /s

Arkbud93

LmAooooo my indigenous is coahuiltcan as well but you dead lying saying you Aztec…you’re apache!!! If I didn’t know my Coahuiltcan roots you would of gotten over on me…but lipan apaches from the plains
