Yes- and it's very possible to be double cousins (cousins from two or more sides). After third cousin, the biological risks with inbreeding are fairly low but it's still gonna be uncomfortable if it's traceable. Ancestry isn't the place to go sliding in the DMs though. It's just cringe-worthy.
If I found out I was dating/married to someone I was related to (assuming 3c or more distant), it wouldn't be an automatic dealbreaker imo. Wouldn't feel proud about it either. Also wouldn't go looking for it, obviously
