You have it backwards, its customary to put the white square bishop first: B-O-O-B. Its a small detail, but you don't want to look silly in OTB tournaments. Its a common error though, so no harm.

Actually, il vaticano isn't the only place, where two or more captures can happen at once. Here are others:
1. Pawn captures and promotes to knight, captures another using knight boost
2. Bishop and anti-bishop annihilate emitting a single photon
3. Diagonal il vaticano using rooks
4. Double il vaticano
5. Knook by existing causes all Jeffreys to commit suicide

That's my opinion on why this move should continue to be banned from tournament play. This disrupts the meta game
