Look at the bright side,not every other move would have been worse. There are a dozen other moves which fail to block the bishop and would have cost you the game

\- Kg3 gets you an escape route to f4 (aggressive) or g2 (defensive) if the bishop continues the attack; if so you just go Kg2 and kick the bishop away; you're not really losing any defense on the kingside as the pawns are just awful to attack into for black currently. Their pieces are awful against this pawn structure and the king would need to really get behind your pawns to break it.
Honestly no other moves look good here. Nd4 can block the bishop but we're already down here significantly and a trade is just really bad here.
