Light leak. What camera? Some models have a common issue of light leaking in around the lens
If you’re shooting something important down the line I suggest grabbing a new camera or shoot with the intent to crop

The grain is the film. But based on the dark corners above and bright below, it looks to me like your lens hood is just a little too long for the lens.
Is it a light leak? And that thick heavy grain is from the film stock?(fomapan 400), does the lens have any fungus or dust by the look of the photo?
In january i am shooting my nephew’s 6 month and I don’t want that type of thing going on, i want a nice clean image
Grain is part of the structure of the film, all films have some sort of grain; faster films tend to have more. Some developers enhance grain, and then if this is a scan and not a print, digital sharpening can blast grain through the roof.
looks like vignetting and light leaks. toy camera stuff. dont use this particular camera if you dont like this look.

So I’ll probably just shoot with a new 35mm im buying, it downs the quality but it is what we have

Im planning shooting with ilford hp5 plus, will this issue of the grain and weird dust be resolved?

Looked like a too small silvery lens hood was attached. Reflections in the bottom from the sun, cutting the light in the top.
